Effective immediately, we wish to appoint TruSafe Insurance Solutions Inc. as the Agent of Record for our Group Insurance program. Any commissions payable as a result of our program are to be assigned to the above Agent of Record.
Accordingly, this constitutes our agent's authority to approach any and all underwriters of group insurance for the purposes of obtaining quotations and requesting information on our current Group Insurance program.
This letter remains in effect until rescinded by us in writing.
