Registration Pilgrimage to Covadonga!

 

This year the pilgrims of the Dutch chapter of Saint Willibrord are going to travel by plane from Charleroi Airport to Oviedo-Asturias on Friday 25th July. Return is on Monday 28th from Oviedo Airport to Charleroi Airport. The organisation of Saint Willibrord will make your travel arrangements. 

The choice for Charleroi Airport is because they offer cheap and direct flights. However, if you prefer to make you own travel arrangements you are free to do so. If you make your own travel arrangements we recommend you to book your travel arrangements as soon as possible, as ticket prices are likely to increase significantly nearer the time. 

 

Simple group accommodation will be available for members of the chapter of Saint Willibrord in shared single sex bedrooms or single rooms for the night of Friday 25 to Saturday 26 July (room only). 

Please complete personal details below and indicate whether you wish to be included in the group accommodation booking or only wish to register for the pilgrimage as part of the Dutch Chapter.

Accomodation costs:
Shared Accommodation	€40,-
Single room supplement	€40,-
Flight costs:
Return Flight Charleroi- Oviedo	€255,- (expected costs until 19th of April)
Total costs (all inclusive: participation, accommodation and transport):
Total price with 'early bird' discount	€350,- (expected costs until 19th of April)
Total price after 19th of April	€400,- (expected costs)
N.B Meals (only during the pelgrimage), transfers and insurance are not included (information will be sent later by e-mail).

To secure your place you must make Payment for Accommodation and Registration by 30th of April 2025. At the latest one week after your registration, you will receive an e-mail with a payment request.

Fees are non-refundable after the 19th April 2025.
