Please review the following and sign your name in agreement: I promise to follow all rules and regulations of A Chance to Dance and Barbie Rhodes Dance Studio as instructed. I will participate fully in all classes, rehearsals, performances, and training involving A Chance to Dance that I am required. I commit to being present at each class, rehearsal, performance, and training unless I am ill or have good reason that is previously excused by A Chance to Dance personnel. I will give notice to Emma if I am to be absent. I understand that the dancers in this program are counting on me to give them my full commitment. I understand that I must be present for at least 75% of classes and/or events, and if I am absent for more than 75% of classes and/or events, I may not be asked to return as a volunteer. I also understand that if I give A Chance to Dance personnel a reason to question my commitment or motives for volunteering, such as insubordination, mishandling of students, disrespect, or general misconduct, I will be dismissed as a volunteer. I accept the fact that I may be discharged from volunteering for no reason whatsoever and that the organization and I agree that my service as a volunteer is “at will” to A Chance to Dance, its personnel, affiliates, management, and associates. I commit to have compassion, respect, understanding, patience, and gentleness in all situations with A Chance to Dance students and personnel. I understand that what happens within the walls of A Chance to Dance must remain confidential. I have or will familiarized(d) myself with the training required to be a volunteer at A Chance to Dance and I will ask for assistance when needed. I will put the needs of the dancers before my own.
