    Table Fees:
    $60 for a 6ft table
    $40 for a 4ft table (limited)

    Vendors keep all their profits and are responsible for taking payments.
    All volunteers, employees, and regular vendors have to pay the same price for their tables.

    What we are looking for:
    We are simply looking to support artists and crafters in our community! If your work aligns with our mission of creative reuse and sustainability, then that is even better. We only want art that is made by hand, not manufactured. 

    Examples of what people have sold in the past: knitted accessories, sewn goods, upcycled clothing, ceramics, paintings, handmade/fabricated jewelry, zines, prints, felted sculptures, baskets, paper arts, prints, and embroidery.

    Schedule:
    3/1 - Applications open 
    4/1 - Applications close. Accepted vendors will be notified soon after.
    4/20 - Vendors can set up their tables 11-4 pm
    4/21 - Maker Market event 11-4 pm

    Table Sharing Info:
    We don't offer applications for a half table. If you want to share a table, both people must fill out one application together.

    Access disclaimer:
    The event takes place upstairs in our maker space. The stairs on the side of the building are the only way to access it. We are happy to assist vendors with carrying their things up and down the stairs if needed, but please be aware of this accessibility limitation. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will have volunteers ready to help anyone who needs it the day before the event on Nov 10th, all day.

    Accepted vendors are selected by jury.

    - If you want to share a table, please apply together with one application.

    - This is a juried event. Your application submission does not mean you are automatically accepted. Please wait for us to email you about your application status. Space is limited.

    - We cannot guarantee you the table size that you select, but we will try our best. 

    - Please do not bring extra clothing racks or tables! We do not have space. If you must bring a rack, please email us first. pearlday.pinkclouds@gmail.com

    - If you are accepted, we will contact you about table payment.

    - This event is upstairs and the stairs a the only way to access it. We apologize deeply for this inconvenience. We will have staff ready to help you carry your supplies upstairs on set up day and take down after the event.
