The purpose of the CNA is for the chapter to reflect on areas of strengths and establish goals for the biennium. Chapters are asked to align their goals to the Strategic Plan of Alpha Delta Kappa. Chapter presidents and membership chairs should collaborate with chapter members and the chapter officers to complete the report.

Please keep your email confirmation and share with the chapter. Consider how your leadership team will track and review these goals prior to the Mid-Biennium Reflection and the End-of-Biennium Reflection.

A copy of this form will be sent to the Regional Vice President for Membership (RVPM) who will forward it to the S/P/N Vice President for Membership or Membership Consultant (VPM/MC). The S/P/N VPM/MC will share the confirmation emails with the S/P/N membership team and/or make the emails available in a shared folder.
