Cherry County Scholarship Application

Senior or College Scholarship Opportunity

Below is the Cherry county Farm Bureau scholarship application. We encourage all interested seniors or current college students to apply. Applicants are due April 1, 2026.

The scholarship will be awarded to high school seniors in May 2026, and college applicants will be awarded at the beginning of the second semester with proof of full-time enrollment and acceptable first semester grades.

Cherry County Farm Bureau will award one $2,500 scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You or one of your parents must have a Cherry County Farm Bureau membership.
- Must be a resident of Cherry County, Nebraska and a graduating senior or currently enrolled in a college.
- Must have intentions of enrolling full time in a vocational/technical college, community college, or a four-year college.
- Must have demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities and/or work experience.
- Must provide two letters of recommendation from a non-family member or teacher.
- Must have completed application and submitted online by April 1, 2026. No physical application will be accepted.
- If awarded a scholarship, a Cherry County Farm Bureau Student membership is required.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
