By choosing to participate and/or allowing their scholar to participate in Virtual Workshops offered by Compass Charter Schools, (“Virtual Workshops”) parents acknowledge the risk of injury while participating in the Virtual Workshops and in exchange for the right to participate in the Virtual Workshops, knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of participation or his or her scholar's participation in the the Virtual Workshop, and release and forever discharge Compass Charter Schools and its affiliates, members, managers, agents, staff, volunteers, heirs, and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, or property damage, including but not limited to injury, illness, paralysis, disability, death, damages, or economical loss that the parent and/or scholar may suffer as a direct result of their participation in the Virtual Workshop.
