Whistle Stop 301 is the perfect place to host your next DIY/Art/Movement Class! 

Your DIY, art, yoga, music, knitting, etc classes deserve a fun space with affordable rental rates and a family of like-minded artists. Our community is looking to help you reach new audiences and bring your passion to more people!

The DIY Studio will be available Tuesday-Sunday (during or after business hours, until 7pm).​ Please email Katie@whistlestop301.com for special requests outside of those hours.

Our rate is $30/hour or 20% of ticket sales (whichever is lower).

I am flexible and open to suggestions, so please don't hesitate to ask!

Terms and Conditions

• Classroom Avalibility is to be determined by owner, upon receipt of application. Dates and times will be confirmed once application has been submitted.

• Whistle Stop 301 will submit your payout 1-3 business days after class

• DIY Classroom is available during and after store hours until 7pm Tuesday-Sunday (Some special exceptions may apply).

• Food/Drinks are to be allowed at the owners discretion and must be requested at time of application

• Arrival Set up and Tear Down- Upon arrival, lessee must check in at front desk. The renter is responsible for set up of all supplies needed for their class. All trash and supplies must be cleaned up by renter before leaving. If the classroom is not cleaned up from the party, there will be a $50 cleaning fee

• Whistle Stop 301 will collaborate with artist to Collect payments via Eventbrite and will assist to advertise classes via social media and website.
