Agreement

In a nutshell- the main point of this agreement is as follows:

You are bringing your dog to a place where he/she could get sick or hurt. It's not unlike sending a child to school or allowing them to play a contact sport.

We have trained and vigilant staff, but an injury can happen in less than a second. Injuries are extremely rare, but they can happen.

Vet bills can be very expensive. By bringing your dog to Wiggly Tails, you will be responsible for your dog's vet bills.

I understand and agree that in admitting my dog(s) to WIGGLY TAILS, INC., their staff has relied on my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and has/have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.*

I understand and agree that by admitting my dog(s) to WIGGLY TAILS, INC., there are certain risks inherent with a cage free environment that include, but are not limited to, injury, illness, or even death from interactions with other dogs and that Wiggly Tails, Inc., their staff, as well as their volunteers will not be liable for any injuries or harm caused to or by my dog(s) and that I will assume full financial and legal responsibility for any injuries or illnesses that my dog(s) sustains.*

I understand and agree that WIGGLY TAILS, INC., their staff, as well as volunteers will not be liable for any injuries or damages to my dog(s) arising out of or from the boarding and care of my dog(s) including loss by fire, theft, runaway, injury, or death while under the care of WIGGLY TAILS, INC. and I hereby release them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog’s attendance at WIGGLY TAILS, INC.*

I understand that Wiggly Tails’ outside play areas have some gravel areas and that WIGGLY TAILS INC. will not be liable for any injuries, illness, and/or veterinarian bills arising out of my dog(s) eating or swallowing rocks in these gravel areas.*

I understand and agree that if I am not available in an emergency situation, my dog(s) will be treated as deemed best by WIGGLY TAILS, INC., at their sole discretion, and that I will assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.*

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WIGGLY TAILS, INC., from any injury or harm of any kind whatsoever to third parties.*

I agree to pay for all services that Wiggly Tails Inc. provides to my dog(s) at the time of service completion.*

I understand and agree that Wiggly Tails Inc. reserves the right to change prices, fees, and hours of operation without prior notice.*
