CTC may be able to reimburse you up to a certain amount, but the amount and item must be pre-approved. Please be advised that you must sign up (or make any changes or cancellations) to volunteer at least 48 hours prior to the event (ideally sooner!). If there is no volunteer confirmed 48 hours before the event, it will be canceled.

We require this time to effectively communicate with the community regarding the event status. Your timely commitment is crucial to the success of our events and allows us to adequately prepare. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
