  • Photo Booth provider PIXABOOTH Client: The provider and the Client are each

    referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".

    II. PHOTOBOOTH.The provider agrees to lease the following to the Client: Photo

    Hereinafter known as the "Photo Booth Drop Off.

     

  • EVENT INFORMATION: The provider Shall provider the "Photo Booth Drop Off" for the following:

  • Hereinafter known a the "Event" and the provider will arrive 1 hr and 30 mins before the event time to set up the "photo booth drop off".

  • IV. PAYMENT. The client shall pay a total of for the rental of the "photo booth drop off" for the duration booked for the Event.

  • V. Deposit. $150 due today NON REFUNDABLE. Please Apple pay deposit to 602-800-4054. The remaining balance due the day before the scheduled event.

    A. Overage. Any overage in time will be billed at the rate of $150 per hr . Payment for any overage in time must be paid before additional hours will be provided. If the event ends earlier than expected no refunds will be given.

    B.Date/Time Changes. In the event of a date/time change a fee of $100 dollars will apply.

    C. Photo booth failures /cancellation- Should the providers fail to provide a fully operational photo booth or 360 for the event or the provider cannot attend the event, The clients only remedy will be a full refund. In such event, the clients waives any claim on further consequential damages and liability.

    D. Damages- If the party or guest of the party damage any of the equipment then the provider reserves the right to vacate the event. In that event NO REFUND will be given.

  • RULES

    IF ANY OFTHESE RULES ARE BROKEN THE PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VACATE THE EVENT OR REFUSE TO ALLOW THE PARTY OR PARTY GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PHOTOBOOTH DROP OFF AND IPAD.

    -Horse play

    -Crossing/ going under our Ropes

    -Bouncing or dancing in a matter that could potenially damage the booth (after warning)

    -Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult

    -Fighting 

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The provider and The client agree to the following

    A. Operations. The provider will deliver. set up and remove the Photo Booth DROP OFF from the Event's location. The provider agrees to have a qualified technician onsite to maintain and operate the booths. SET UP AND BREAKDOWN TIME ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE HOURS BOOKED

    B. Space and Placement. The client will arrange fo appropriate space and access for the Photo Booth at the Event's Venue along with necessary power. The provider shall provide specifies related to space, shelter power and whatever else is deemed necessary must be met for the setup conditions to be considered adequately met.

    C. Damage to Equipment. The client will be responsible for ANY damages or loss of the providers equipment due to misuse by the client or any guest of the client and in case of theft or damages (due, but not limited to fire, or floods. If the provider judges the weather during the course of the event to be inelement and thus unsafe, they receive the right to cease operations for the safety of the equipment and of the events attendees, in which no refund will be given. THIS INCLUDES IPAD

    D. Liability and Indemnification. The provider will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to the party or its guest.

    VIII. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be constructed and governed in accordance with the laws in Arizona.

    IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties. No modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by BOTH PARTIES

    X.EXECUTION. The Provider and the Client each represent and warrant to the other that each person executing this Agreement on behalf of each party is duly authorized to exceute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of that party.
