For more back story: Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies (the non-profit that oversees Grow With Nature Consulting) was recently awarded a grant dedicated to building the Nature Based Therapy program through Spirit Mountain. One aim of this grant is to grow and connect the professional community interested in Nature Based Therapy, which is why we are able to host this professional group. We hope to see you there!
ALICE'S BRIEF BIO:
Alice Nelson is an LMFT (2016), and clinical supervisor (2020) in the state of Oregon. Alice identifies as a Nature Based Therapist, collaborating with Nature as a co-therapist when clinically supported. Currently, Alice works at a Portland non-profit Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies where she developed a standardized Nature Based Therapy Clinical Program. Alice also offers Nature Based consultation and Nature Based Therapy Certificate class through the non-profit Grow With Nature Consulting.
