SUBOG Smash Ultimate Tournament Registration Form

Tournament Requirements: 

• Must be a UConn undergraduate student to participate
• The tournament is scheduled to begin at 7 PM in the SU Game Room on Sunday, March 3rd, please show up at least 15 minutes early so we can start on time
• The winner of the tournament will receive a gaming chair
• The runner-up will receive a gaming headset
