Wildfire Event Booking Form

Thank you for considering Wildfire events. Here is a little more information about our services.

• We host birthday parties/ events at our base, Craigclowan Prep School, Perth. 
• Mobile birthday parties/ events at a location of your choice, such as laser tag, football or mountain biking.
• We have run combo football and laser tag events for up to 26 children.
• We also provide food & drinks, packed lunches (optional). 
• Wildfire Events has managed events up to 30 children and adults.

All events are delivered by a fully qualified, insured and PVG coach, involving lots of fun, energetic games

Thank you for enquiring about booking an event with Wildfire Events, we tend to get back to you within 48 hours where we can confirm your booking.

 Health and safety form

As with any sports/leisure activity, there are hazards associated with laser tag, football and mountain biking.

 
We recommend that old trousers and long sleeve tops are worn with fastened trainers or stout trousers.

 
I understand that:

 

laser tag, football and mountain biking, is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play

 

The possibility of injury to myself and others exists, we have a first aider on site.

 

The playing area has varying terrain and may be slippery and have many trip hazards.

 
There is the possibility of fallen tree debris.

 

No physical contact is allowed between participants.

 
I confirm and agree that:

 

I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in playing laser tag. Please be aware if anyone has a diagnosis of epilepsy they can't participate in laser tag.

 
I have no medical condition that would prevent me from playing. (Please make the game manager aware if you use an inhaler or any other medical aid)

 
I am fully aware of the risk to myself and others involved in laser tag, football and mountain biking.

 
I will comply with the rules and use all equipment as instructed and not so as to injure or hurt others.

I will obey all instructions from the game manager/site marshals.

 

If after attending the safety talk you do not wish to play a full refund will be given to you only.
