The Conscious Grief Program is a container I have been running for the past 4 years to support you through your grief. Here's what's included.
The Conscious Grief Program overview:
- 11 week course meeting for 1hr each week via Zoom
- Usually takes place on a Sunday evening UK time
- Each week we explore a topic relating to Conscious Grief
- WhatsApp group to stay connected between sessions
- 1 exclusive session of Grief Yoga and 1 of Breathwork
The program is designed to:
- Support all the feelings that arise during grief
- Be a safe and non-judgemental space to share your heart
- Create a community with other grievers
- Teach you about grief and how it impacts your body, mind and spirit
The Conscious Grief Program provides intentional time to focus on yourself and how you are feeling. Each group is kept to 5 people maximum to create intimate and trusted bonds and to allow time for each person to share in every session. I thoughtfully place each person in a group with relatable circumstances.

- Parent loss
- Spouse loss
- Child loss
- Sibling loss
- Pet loss
I have had some enquiries for other griefs, so if I generate more interest new groups will be added.

I will then send out more communication to invite those interested to make time for a discovery call with me, I like to speak with each participant before enrolling so we can connect and get to know one another before the course begins.
