CAR SEAT Clinic Registration- De Pere Health Dept (Bimonthly)

City of De Pere Car Seat Check Clinic Registration
This is a free service provided by Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians from the De Pere Health Department. Appointments are approximately 30 minutes long per seat/child.

Please be sure to schedule an appointment for EACH child/car seat. If you have three children using car seats, you will need to schedule three appointments. If you have two different vehicles with a seat/base in each, you will need to schedule two appointments.
It is recommended, but not required, to have all children who use a car seat present at the appointment. Arriving with all children fastened into their car seats allows for the most thorough car seat check and education.

Please bring your vehicle manual AND car seat manual(s) to the appointment if available.
