I release Midwest Bounce staff, owners, and property owners from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of using rented equipment from Midwest Bounce.I acknowledge that I am responsible for any and all rented equipment during the entire rental period, until the equipment is returned to Midwest Bounce.I agree to comply by all rules and guidelines set forth by Midwest Bounce and the equipment manufacturers, and understand that failure to do so may result in injury or fines.I agree to provide proper supervision of rented equipment and participants at all times, and to take all necessary precautions to ensure safety. I agree to restrict access to or take down rented equipment if supervision is not able to be provided.I agree to cease usage and notify Midwest Bounce immediately if any damage or concerns are noted with rented equipment.I agree to return rented equipment to Midwest Bounce in the same condition in which it was delivered, and at the specified time. If rented equipment is damaged outside of normal wear and tear, I agree to reimburse Midwest Bounce for cleaning, repair and/or replacement costs, as appropriate. If rented equipment is returned more than 1 hour after the agreed-upon time, I agree to pay an additional rental fee.I understand and agree that this release extends to all claims of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, and I expressly waive any protections that may be afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction on behalf of myself and those who I allow to utilize rented equipment provided by Midwest Bounce.
