This application is for those that wish to apply for the Indiana School Choice Scholarship and/or Memorial Financial Aid.

All applicable verification documents must be uploaded at time of submission. If you will not have a completed tax return by the priority deadline, you can upload 2024 W2s for all working adults in the household.

Only one submission per family is necessary.

Friday, April 18th is the Priority deadline for submission. Applications will be accepted after this deadline, however, they will not be processed prior to the release of payment agreements in May.

This application will close on 6/30/2025, after this date you will need to contact the Business Office.
