A tenant of yours has recently signed up to Vero Fiber internet service. Their receipt of service from Vero Fiber is contingent upon obtaining a right of entry into the residence from their landlord or property manager. By providing this signed form, you are granting Vero Fiber permission to install new service as the lawful Landlord or Property Owner for this property.

We have requested that your tenant make the appropriate accommodations for any locked gates, pets or obstacles, as well as, remaining in compliance with any rules you have for the property and ensuring communication with appropriate parties regarding installation (i.e. facilities).

If this is for a multi-dwelling unit/apartments, do you provide approval for the whole complex?

I give Vero Fiber permission to access the whole complex, allowing them to install service for any tenants currently signed up for service and for any current or future tenants who may request service at a future date.I only give Vero Fiber permission to access the unit of the tenant named on this form. This right of entry agreement only applies to this tenant's service installation/service maintenance.I do not consent to this request for a right of entry.
By signing and completing this form, you verify permission has been granted to have holes drilled from the inside of the property to the outside to allow for a cable run as well as approve the mounting of the equipment outside the unit. You also approve Vero Fiber's technicians' access to the equipment in the future if there is a need for maintenance or upgrades.
