All vendors & booths will be completely responsible for your booth set up (including tables, chairs, canopy & weight to stabilize canopy on the pavement and electricity). Booths can operate between 12PM and 6pm. Load-in at 9am – 11am (cars need to be cleared from festival area at 11 am).
Vendors who plan to sell items are required to:
- fill out the vendor form below by August 31 (best to do this first)
-buy a "Temporary Locations" business license ($25 per quarter) and submit active WA State business license to City of Moses Lake Utilities CLICK HERE
- fill out "Concessionaire Application" with $50 fee. The original application MUST BE MAILED OR SUBMITTED IN PERSON to City of Moses Lake Parks, Rec & Cultural Services and can not be submitted electronically. Fee can be paid over the phone or in person/mailed check, etc. CLICK HERE
- submit an insurance endorsement for the City of Moses Lake for $2,000,000 liability insurance policy to City of Moses Lake Parks, Rec & Cultural Services (usually free of charge if your insurance agent is contacted more than 2 weeks in advance) by email skinser@cityofml.com.
All City of Moses Lake paperwork due by September 13, including vendor license, vendor fee, business license and insurance. If you are unable to provide the necessary paperwork you will not be able to vend at the event. Any fees collected up to that point are non-refundable.
A 10% vendor fee, payable to Columbia Basin Allied Arts will be collected within 30 days of the event.
