Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the SSO! Please indicate the role(s) you are interested in or let us know how you would like to get involved. Your responses will be reviewed as part of the annual appointment process or as additional needs or opportunities arise. We would also appreciate you passing this form along to anyone else who would make a great volunteer!

Duties of Committee Members
- Serve as a voting member of the Council/Committee.
- Attend/particiipate in meetings/conference calls as needed throughout the year.
- Provide committee recommendations to the SSO Board of Directors.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Work directly with SSO staff, Board and committee members.
