Terms of Filing Service Agreement:

We (also referred to as "we," "us" or the "Firm") are pleased to confirm our acceptance and our understanding of the services we will provide for the entity(ies) listed below (referred to as the "Company," "you" or "your") for the year ended December 31, 2024. Other Relevant Information:
This engagement is limited to the professional services outlined above and does not extend to any other items for which we are not engaged. This engagement letter shall be governed, and its terms construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida applicable to contracts to be performed in that state. Any electronic signature or manual signature on this engagement letter transmitted by facsimile or by electronic mail may be considered an original signature. Counterpart signatures are acceptable.
