• Teeb Con 2024 Vendor & Artist Application

    Vendors and Artists are invited to join in the second annual Teeb Con Pop Culture Convention at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center (DECC) in Duluth, MN. Set up will take place August 23, 2024 (hours tbd) and the event will be August 24-25, 2024 (hours tbd). The venue will allow for us to have all guest, artist, and vendor tables in one space. And, for added traffic we have partnered with a local gaming collective that will be running a tabletop gaming convention during the same weekend just upstairs from our space. This will allow for an even larger network of attendees and great exposure for you all!

    Artist booth application available through March 15, 2024 *CLOSED*

    ● $75 Artist booth: 8x10’ booth- w/ 1- 8’ table w/ tablecover and skirt, 2 chairs, backdrop. Comes with 1 artist badge.

    Vendor booth early bird pricing through April 30, 2024 

    ● $100 Vendor booth: 8x10’ booth- w/ 1- 8’ table w/ tablecover and skirt, 2 chairs, backdrop. Comes with 2 vendor badges [max 2 spaces per person/organization]
     

    Vendor booth pricing May 1, 2024 on-

    ● $125 Vendor booth: 8x10’ booth- w/ 1- 8’ table w/ tablecover and skirt, 2 chairs, backdrop. Comes with 2 vendor badges [max 2 spaces per person/organization]

    Add-ons-

    Additional vendor pass (up to 2 per space) $25 each

    Electrical hookup $40 (if combined with booth reservation)

    Additional services can be purchased from the DECC and pricing will be provided closer to the event.

     

    ***Range Fan Con Special***

    If you have a booth/table at Range Fan Con 2024 and also have a booth/table at Teeb Con 2024, you are eligible for 1 additional vendor pass at no charge. Email MNSWCA@gmail.com if you are a vendor for both events in order to receive your additional vendor pass.

  • Payment:

    Payment is expected at the time of application. If you do not receive a space, it will be fully refundable (minus applicable fees). Payment can be made via PayPal link below. Alternative payment options such as Zelle, Venmo, Check or Credit Card can be arrnaged directly with the promoters. Contact MNSWCA@gmail.com for details. 

     

    Artist applications will be open February 8, 2024 through March 15, 2024. Artist Booth decisions will be made by the Teeb Con planning group by March 19, 2024. If you do not receive an artist booth, you may have the option of applying for a vendor booth instead.

     

    This is our first year at the DECC and booth prices are less than half of what they will be in future events. Artists and vendors that join in this year, will get priority for future events and early bird pricing for 2025.
