Intersession 2024 Registration Only

COVID-19 POLICIES:  Dancers will arrive at the studio already dressed in their dance clothing,and will use hand sanitizer at the studio door.  Parents are asked to please not enter the studio, so that we can keep the number of bodies at a minimum, and to meet their children at the back door when class is over. 

Masks are optional unless Centre County moves to medium or high transmission status.

Dancers must maintain social distance at all times when they are in the CPDW space, with no congregating in the dressing room or hallway.  Students will stay home if they are not feeling well. Dancers will contact CPDW as soon as possible if they or any family member or other close contact has received a positive COVID-19 diagnosis.

ALL CPDW FACULTY ARE FULLY VACCINATED.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:  It is expressly agreed that all exercise, training dancing, participation in classes, and the use of facilities of the Central Pennsylvania Dance Workshop by students is undertaken at the sole risk of students or parents/guardians of minor students.  Students and parents/guardians of minor students hereby agree to hold the Central Pennsylvania Dance Workshop harmless, releasing forever its employees, owners, operators, agents, servants, advisors, and assignees from any and all claims for injury, illness, and/or property damage.

FINANCIAL POLICY:  All classes must be paid for at the time they are taken.  Tuition for classes is not refundable or transferable.  Tuition credits do not apply.

PHOTO RELEASE:  I give CPDW permission to use images of me or my child taken during DPDW activities in CPDW-related publications, including website and social media.  I understand that CPDW will not identify individuals by name in any publications nor tag individuals on any social media.
