• Letter of Intent (LOI) Application

The purpose of the Letter of Intent is to allow agents who may need additonal time to move their license to Epique.  It is intended to be used as a temporary bridge to assist in the moving process and not to be a long term relationship.

All LOI's end after automatically after 90 days. LOI agents do not get access to any Epique data, systems, or benefits while on LOI.

  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is an LOI free to join? An LOI is $99 + $5.95 processing fee for 90 days. This is a one time payment. This allows you to join anonymously, recruit, bring over your team, etc.

Will I have access to a CRM or any Epique Systems while on an LOI? No. You will not have access to any Epique systems, software, reports, etc. while on an LOI.

How can I come off of an LOI? You come off of an LOI by filling out an application like any other agent. Go to joinepique.com and click "Join Now"

Is my LOI status anonymous? Yes! Your information will not be shared with anyone except your immediate sponsor (if you named one).  It won't be shared with any brokers, or even onboarding staff until you're ready to join.

Can I extend my LOI status beyond 90 days? You may extend beyond 90 days by completing a new LOI form before your old one expires. You only get one extension. After that you must join.

Can I get a partial refund if I join before the 90 days has expired. No. We do not process any refunds for any reason.

Can I apply my LOI fee to my Application fee? No, they are entirely separate. Your LOI fee does not go towards any other fees you may incur by joining Epique as an official agent or broker.

What happens if I don't join in 90 days?  If you do not join as an active agent within 90 days, you WILL LOSE YOUR ENTIRE DOWNLINE AND THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO RESTORE THEM. You must either reapply for a 2nd LOI by completing this form again, or by joining officially at joinepique.com.

Will I earn stock for my recruits during an LOI period? Yes, your stock will accrue so that when you join it will be waiting for you. If you decide not to join, all stock and revenue share will be forfeited. You will not earn stock on others joining on LOI until they have officially joined.
