MASSACHUSETTS MUSIC EDUCATORS ASSOCIATION 70th ALL-STATE MUSIC FESTIVAL

READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM:

• This form must be completed prior to the start of the festival on March 15th, 2024.

• At least one adult chaperone MUST accompany students from your school accepted to the MMEA All-State Music Festival.

• Please complete ALL information on form below.

• Before submitting, you will need a Principal E-Signature.

Concert Band, Jazz Band, Choir will rehearse at Mechanics Hall (321 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608). The Orchestra will rehearse in the DCU Convention Center (50 Foster St, Worcester, MA 01608).
