    them from any liability and responsibility from doing
    so. A photographic or faxed copy of this

Failure to pay the the application fee for any additional adults will result in application being denied. Application and Admin Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand that the application fee is non refundable even if the application is denied. I understand and accept that by submitting this application, I have received the service of applying for the desired apartment regardless of the outcome of this application. I further understand and agree that even if I am denied the apartment or change my mind for any reason not to move forward with the application process, any payments submitted for the purpose of this rental application will not be refunded in any way. Any deposits, security or rent funds are non-refundable unless previously specified.
