    Exactly! For that reason, MCD introduces the MCD Ambassador Physician, a REAL human doctor...

  • The Ambassador Physician helps the primary healthcare provider. When you request an expert review for a critical concern, the Ambassador Physician:

    • evaluates critical health reports according to your unique situation
    • provides a written and signed response directly to you or your health care proxy through the proprietary MCD single screen display. 
    • communicates with the Primary Provider about the interaction


    The Primary Provider directs the Ambassador Physician to adjust critical values as needed (click here to watch video again on a separate tab). The Primary Provider is also encouraged to access the patient's MCD display for his/her own use, and to contact the Ambassador Physician for any questions.

  • At initial sign up and at every subsequent interaction with MCD, there will be a clinical review requiring time by the Ambassador Physician specialist. In this section, we'd like to ask about the fees that MCD will charge to cover the cost for the Ambassador Physician review.

    There are two types of charges to use MCD: an annual subscription fee, and a per-use critical review charge. 

    The annual subscription gives you:

    • once a year bulk upload of clinical health reports to establish your unique health baseline and keep it current
    • clinical review of those reports by MCD Ambassador Physicians and population of key data into the MCD app
    • access to the MCD app for an easy-to-read display of all your and your family's health reports on a single screen, in the palm of your hand
    • critical results highlighted in a concise user interface
    • unlimited sharing of that data with family and friends

  • When you have a concern about a critical situation or patient condition, you can you upload your results and request an MCD expert Ambassador Physician review. The Ambassador Physician will use all current resources they determine to be useful for your or your loved one's specific critical health issue to evaluate the situation, and provide a written recommendation through the app.
