· Vendors are responsible for researching, and complying with, all current laws regarding the animals they are displaying or selling.
· Vendors are responsible for securing their animal displays during and after event hours, and providing secure containers to customers for transport of sold animals.
· Vendors are responsible for providing customers with appropriate receipts, contact information, and care requirements for animals/plants sold.
· Vendors shall hold The Cascadia Reptile Expo (CRE), the show coordinators, the show staff, and the show volunteers, harmless from all claims beyond the price of the booth fee.
· CRE, show staff, and convention center staff reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any vendor not in compliance with the above rules, and without refund of booth fees.
Vendors assume full responsibility for all animals brought to the show, and any injuries caused by animals brought by a vendor are the sole responsibility and liability of that vendor. Vendors assume full responsibility for safeguarding their belongings, merchandise, and animals from theft or damage during the event.

If I have brought children under 18 years of age to The Cascadia Reptile Expo, I agree to be full responsible for them and I agree that the above stated rules apply to them.
