Tattoo Appointment Request
Client must be the age of 18 years old to be able to request and receive a tattoo in the state of North Carolina
Deposits
All tattoo appointments are required to submit a $50 deposit for each tattoo appointment. The deposit will go towards the final price of the tattoo the day of the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if appointment is canceled 48 hours prior of appointment. One reschedule is allowed per deposit.
