  • Feedback is essential to improving everyone's experience at Keilor Basketball Association.

    Feedback can be positive, constructive or otherwise and can be provided in relation to any aspect of the Association including participant behaviour, venue presentation, employees, rule or by-law clarification; anything that could help Keilor Basketball Association improve.

    Feedback from:

    • Senior Domestic - must be lodged via the registered Team Delegate
    • Junior Domestic - must be lodged via the approved Junior Club Delegate. Junior Clubs Delegates are the conduit between their members and the KBA and are most likely able to resolve your query. If your Junior Club Delegate believes your concern is a matter for the Association to address, they will raise it with the KBA directly.


    All correctly submitted feedback will be reviewed and where deemed necessary investigated and a response provided to the Junior Club Delegate or Senior Team Delegate where the KBA Office deem it necessary.

  • Reporting official believes this to be minor and suitable for alternative procedure? An alternative procedure is suitable for the majority of the incidents reported that on face value would not normally attract a penalty of more than 20 weeks suspension at the Tribunal so a reduced penalty can be offered after review by a Chairperson via Basketball Victoria’s Alternative Procedure Offer (APO). The penalty in brackets is the maximum penalty, most all offences except the most severe can be considered for an APO.*
