Once we have received your submission, Dr. Sartin will review your request and send your prescription(s) electronically to your pharmacy. As long as you have submitted your request within our business hours, your prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy within the same day.
Any request submitted after office hours will be reviewed and processed the following business day.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your prescription(s) have been sent, typically within 6 hours of submission. Please check your "SPAM" folder to make sure the confirmation was not delivered there. You may also call your pharmacy to verify that the prescription was sent electronically.
