I further understand that if I refuse to provide consent for Rapid Response to conduct a Full Query of the Clearinghouse, Rapid Response must prohibit me from performing safety sensitive functions, including driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle, as required under the FMCSR section 382.703(d).
