Constitution and Regulations for the Development of a Basketball Ethos at NABA Barcelona
It is a sort of "constitution" of the Academy, which regulates the duties of those (managers, coaches, athletes, parents)who are part of the association in various capacities.
The intention is, in particular, to concretely define the roles and behaviors of each subject inside and outside the Academy.
The goal is to come to define a "Basketball Style", which is synonymous with compactness, harmony and greatcollaboration within the Academy and fairness, education and sporting loyalty with respect to the outside of the same.
The first part of the regulation concerns House rules and rules common to all. They follow the norms thatconcern the different subjects of the Academy.
All NABA athletes must pursue the sporting result in compliance with the principles set out in these internal regulations. Athletes, in particular, must observe the principle of solidarity, thus considering respect for sporting values more important than pursuing their own success.
