This award recognizes compliance professionals who have worked full-time for 2-5 years and show commitment and dedication in the field while going above and beyond to support their student-athletes, coaching staffs, and athletic department administrators.
Criteria:
1. Be a NAAC member in good standing.
2. Be employed as a full-time compliance administrator at a collegiate institution, conference office, or the NCAA at the time of nomination, who have 2-5 years of full-time compliance experience (excluding internships/graduate assistantships).
3. Aspire to continue working a career in intercollegiate athletics compliance.
4. Demonstrate leadership and initiative in athletics compliance.
Nomination Process:
1. Nominations will be accepted from NAAC members or other individuals employed within intercollegiate athletics (e.g., the nominee’s colleagues, supervisor, former employers/supervisors etc.).
2. All nominees must have a fully complete and submitted nomination form, any incomplete or non-submitted forms will not be considered.
3. Nominations must be received by Friday, February 20
