NAAC Emerging Leader Award

This award recognizes and celebrates compliance professionals with 6-10 years of experience who are considered to be emerging leaders within the compliance profession.

Criteria:
1. Be a NAAC member in good standing.
2. Be employed as a full-time compliance administrator at a collegiate institution, conference office, or the NCAA at the time of nomination, with 6-10 years of full-time compliance experience (excluding internships and graduate assistantships).
3. Demonstrate leadership and initiative in athletics compliance.

Nomination Process:
1. Nominations will be accepted from NAAC members or other individuals employed within intercollegiate athletics (e.g., the nominee’s colleagues, supervisor,former employers/supervisors etc.).
2. All nominees must have a fully complete and submitted nomination form, any incomplete or non-submitted forms will not be considered.
3. Nominations must be received by Friday, February 20
