This massage type includes light to medium pressure, with generally longer strokes, using creme or oil to increase glide and reduce friction. We use generally calming music and aromatherapy to increase the relaxation, also hot towels for your feet upon request.

This massage type includes medium to firm pressure, with generally deeper work using elbows and fists. This massage type also uses creme or oil to increase glide and reduce friction. This massage type includes many different styles of techniques focused on relieving specific pains. This massage also requires quite a bit more communication between you and your therapist. This massage type varies on creme/oil usage, some may use none at all. We may use music that you enjoy the most and aromatherapy to increase the effectiveness of the massage.

If you have doctor/PT referral, any information you can provide is very helpful to make sure we target your pain points more effectively.
