This lawn care service agreement is between Ecker Lawn Services, LLC, located at 905 Ridge Road Finksburg, MD 21048, which will be referred to as "Ecker Lawn", who is referred to as "Owner" in this agreement.

Ecker Lawn Services will service the lawn of the Owner approximately 28 +/-  times during the lawn service year 2024.

A service can include, but is not limited to: grass cutting, trimming, edging of driveway and sidewalks, grass removal from sidewalks and driveway.

Any additional services will be billed separate and written up in a separate agreement or addendum to this agreement. (Such as clean up after a storm, planting flowers, putting in mulch, clean-up of leaves out of flower beds but only in the lawn, etc.)

 I understand and agree that I am financially responsible for payment of all services received, I understand that weekly prices differ from biweekly prices and moving from weekly to biweekly, or vise versa, my price my change  

Any amounts past due under this agreement will be charged a late fee per month for anything past due over thirty (30) days. This amount will be added to the amount normally due under this agreement. Once you are past due 30 days or more, we reserve the right to stop service.
