Conditions of Sale*
1. Right to Return: The Buyer has the right to return the puppy within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if the puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary condition that adversely affects the puppy's health.2. Rehoming: If at any point the Buyer can no longer keep the puppy, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller first and give the Seller the option to take the puppy back.3. Spay/Neuter Agreement: Unless sold with breeding rights, the Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy by 24 months of age and provide proof to the Seller. 4.Limitations: This puppy is sold as a pet only. Breeding rights are not included unless specified otherwise in this contract.
Payment Details*
I am aware that Sun Shih Tzu Puppies are $1,800 and that a $400 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. Balance will be due before puppy is released. Deposit will go toward the cost of the puppy. We currently accept cash, Zelle or PayPal.
Health Guarantee*
The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale. The puppy has received its first vaccinations and deworming. A vet certified health record is provided to the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a health check within 3 days of purchase. Failure to do so will void any health guarantee provided by the Seller.
