Terms of Service

The reseller agrees not to undersell Dapper Yankee. Resellers may set their own pricing, but it needs to be at or above what is listed at https://dapperyankee.com.

The reseller shall not, directly or indirectly, including through any agents, distribute, market, sell or solicit orders for any Dapper Yankee products on any online marketplace platform, such as Amazon, eBay, Mercari, Etsy, or similar selling platforms.

Reseller further covenants and agrees not to distribute, market, or sell Dapper Yankee products to any person if the reseller knows or has any reason to believe that such Dapper Yankee Product will be resold by such person, directly or indirectly, on any of the marketplace platforms.

Violation of these terms is subject to the immediate termination of any future wholesale opportunities.
