Please refer to the Service Schedule Mow Map to see what day your home receives service. Yellowstone may encounter weather delays from time to time and that mowing service will be made up ASAP.
Yellowstone may also skip mowing your front yard should you have landscape lights in the turf, toys, basketball goals, seasonal decorations, etc. The goal is to have an obstacle-free yard so Yellowstone may service your yard properly.
2. Will Yellowstone mow my backyard?
No, not currently. Yellowstone’s primary focus is on the contracted services which is HOA Common Areas and Front Yard turf maintenance
3. There are weeds in my flowerbeds, is this included in my front yard service?
Please refer to the Homeowner Landscape Guidelines above.
For single-family homes, it is important to note that Yellowstone does not provide landscaping services for the beds in the front of the residents' homes. This responsibility falls under the homeowner's purview which also includes pruning, dead plant replacements, and improvements. Yellowstone is responsible for mowing the front/alley yard and the fertilization and weed treatments of lawns only.
On the other hand, for townhomes, Yellowstone is responsible for mowing the yard, pruning plants, and the fertilization and weed treatments of lawns, flower beds and tree wells. This service is funded through the Townhome Assessment.
4. How do I report a landscape issue in the common area?
