Call For Research Presentations
As part of the student experience at TechNet Augusta, CCoE will host two (2) different opportunities for researchers to transform their research, ideas, and best practices into a presentation to Cyber professionals from industry, academia, and government agencies. The Cyber Research Presentation Showcase and Poster Show, Wednesday, August 20th from 9:00am – 6:30pm, is intended to showcase excellence in research innovation and design processes. Joining many of the industry’s top minds, these presentations are meant to spark the imagination, encourage dialogue, and drive new solutions to our greatest networking challenges.
AFCEA TechNet Augusta Cyber Research Presentations.
We are looking to schedule 20-minute research presentations to share the results of your latest empirical research, dissertation thesis, senior project, co-op, internship, or research experience related to Cyber and Information Technology. Researchers will present on stage in the Engagement Theater located on the main exhibit floor that host more than 5K attendees and 200 industry exhibitors.
Anyone interested in sharing their research ideas, or the latest technological advance with the AFCEA TechNet Augusta community is asked to submit a presentation proposal including draft slides no later than Monday, 28 July 2025. Presentations submitted after this date or not selected for showcase will be considered for the Research Poster Show or future events.

Emerging Vulnerabilities; Network Future; Research & Education; Security

Higher education & K-12 educators and administrators
Undergraduate/graduate students
Postdoctoral scholars
Faculty and staff

FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE Draft presentation summaries should be submitted prior to the published deadline (28 July 2025).
Program Committee will evaluate submissions to determine presentations for the agenda (notification to selectees on 30 July 2025).
