Refunds
- While I take pride in delivering quality work, fees (no-show/rebooking) are non-negotiable, all deposits (if applicable) and services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Touch-Ups
- I offer a complimentary touch-up to all clients within 3 days of the original appointment. After this period, any additional touch-ups will be the client's responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancelling within 48 hours incurs a 20% rebooking fee.
- Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a 50% rebooking fee.
- During the holidays (Nov 1st - Jan 15th), these fees increase: 30% for 48-hour notice and 60% for 24-hour notice.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- A 15-minute grace period is given for arrival.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a 50% rebooking fee.
- Being over 15 minutes late twice consecutively will result in a warning. A third instance will lead to a booking ban, no exceptions.
- A "No Show" leads to a charge of 100% of the booked service and a ban from future bookings, no exceptions.
For all the above, a valid card on file is required.
