Consent: I understand that if I am sugaring one week before or one week after my menstrual cycle, I may experience more sensitivity. Sugaring/waxing may cause: Bruises, scabs, scarring, redness, hyperpigmentation or pimples. Sugaring/waxing of soft tissue may cause the skin to tear resulting in the need for stitches. (Most commonly occurs in Brazilian & Bikini wax services). 

I understand all the above-mentioned reactions. I also understand if I change my skincare routine or medications, I must inform the professional PRIOR to starting any services in the future. I have been fully informed about the expected results and effects of sugaring/waxing and agree to follow all aftercare advice provided by my therapist. I hereby give my consent to proceed with the treatment.

Refunds

- While I take pride in delivering quality work, fees (no-show/rebooking) are non-negotiable, all deposits (if applicable) and services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Touch-Ups

- I offer a complimentary touch-up to all clients within 3 days of the original appointment. After this period, any additional touch-ups will be the client's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancelling within 48 hours incurs a 20% rebooking fee.
- Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a 50% rebooking fee.
- During the holidays (Nov 1st - Jan 15th), these fees increase: 30% for 48-hour notice and 60% for 24-hour notice. 

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

- A 15-minute grace period is given for arrival.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a 50% rebooking fee.
- Being over 15 minutes late twice consecutively will result in a warning. A third instance will lead to a booking ban, no exceptions.
- A "No Show" leads to a charge of 100% of the booked service and a ban from future bookings, no exceptions.
