The farmers market is returning to Lincoln City Cultural Center this season! The Plaza renovation is mostly complete, but unfortunately the landscaping may not be ready for us to use the grassy areas in May. To start, the Sunday Market will be held on the paved areas on the south and east side of the building. This will result in a smaller market footprint starting out, but we will expand once the grass is stable.

Market Vendor Definitions

The Sunday Market Vendor Advisory committee will determine vendor status (Full time, Part time or Daily vendor) based on priority for returning vendors, the market’s needs, and available space. Please review the following market vendor definitions carefully before selecting your preference:
Full time vendor

Requires a full season, weekly commitment. May only have four pre-arranged market absences during the season. Consistent booth location week to week. Full season booth fee of $690 (23 weeks at $30 each). Booth fee must be paid in advance in either one payment of $690 or in four payments of $172.50 with the first payment due before the first Market, the next three payments June 1, July 1 and August 1, 2024.
Part time vendor

Booth fee of $35 per market. The market will work with the vendor’s availability to pre-arrange scheduled market dates during the season. The vendor will prepay for the scheduled dates, and can follow an installment plan. The final payment will be due at least 30 days before the last scheduled date.
Daily vendor

Booth fee of $40. Approval of application places vendors on the list of daily vendors to be contacted when there is space available. Market manager will contact Daily vendors with availability each week. Payment will be due by Wednesday prior to Sunday Market.

Standard booth spaces are 10’x10’. Produce and nursery sellers may request a double booth, but space is limited. Spaces will be assigned by the market. In an effort to allow as many vendors as possible when the season begins, would you be willing/able to use an 8'x8' space or share a 10'x10' until the grassy areas are usable?*

Product Information

Lincoln City Sunday Market is a Farmers and Makers market. Goods must be produced, grown or gathered by the vendor. Vendors must live in Oregon. Please list in detail all products you plan on selling under the relevant category below.
Farmers/food producers: Describe farming and/or food production practices. If you intend to sell products not grown on your farm or produced by you, please describe. Food Vendors, please describe where you source ingredients, and your preparation/processing facility.

Per Lincoln City Ordinance, vendors of art and handcrafts must be made in Oregon, no further than 100 miles from the corporate limits of Lincoln City. I meet this requirementinitial (please initial if you are a craft vendor).
