Shooting/ Attacking & Defending Clinics
 
Our Attacking & Defending Clinics provide top-tier instruction in both striking and defending. In our focused 1-hour sessions, we emphasize refining techniques for ball placement, accuracy, and power in striking. Through extensive repetition, each participant will have the chance to master the art of finishing. Additionally, this clinic covers essential defensive skills, such as anticipating and intercepting passes to disrupt the opponent's play. You'll also improve your ability to closely mark opponents and maintain optimal defensive positioning, limiting their attacking opportunities.

Time: 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. (Age: 6-13) OPEN LEVEL

Time: 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. (Age: 11+) ADVANCED LEVEL

 

I, the parent/guardian of the participant, a minor, agree that the Participant and I will abide by the rules of Norberto Ochoa Orejel and Ochoa Football Academy LLC. I understand that there is risk associated with playing soccer, all sports and field related activities. In consideration, for any participated activities with trainer Norberto Ochoa Orejel or associated personnel and volunteers of the Ochoa Football Academy LLC, my signature indicates that I assume the risk of any injuries that my child may sustain while participating with the Ochoa Football Academy LLC trainings/clinics (Norberto Ochoa Orejel).

 

I consent that Ochoa Football Academy LLC (Norberto Ochoa Orejel) shall have the absolute right and permission to publish any and all photographic portraits, videos taken of the Participant in publications, online, social media platforms and in other communications related to the mission of Ochoa Football Academy LLC without compensation or approval rights.

 

I, the undersigned, have carefully read and understood this agreement and all of its terms. I understand that this is a release of liability which will legally prevent me or any other person from filing suit or making any other legal claim for any injury.  I nevertheless enter into this agreement freely and voluntarily and agree that it is binding upon me, my heirs, assigns and legal representatives.

 

By signing this waiver and release of liability form, I acknowledge that I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I further state that I have executed this waiver and release of liability form voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.

 

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS (if participant is under 18 years of age) 

If the participant is a minor, the parent/guardian agrees to assume all liability and to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Norberto Ochoa Orejel and Ochoa Football Academy LLC against any actions brought by the minor participant against Norberto Ochoa Orejel and Ochoa Football Academy LLC. The parent(s)/guardian(s) also accepts responsibility for all medical expenses incurred by the participant.

Refund Policy
All clinic registrations with Ochoa Football Academy are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal from the clinic.

Clinic Make-Up Policy
If you are going to miss a clinic, you must notify us at least 2 hours in advance by email at nor@ochoafootballacademy.com or by text at 951-824-6231. If no advance notice is given, the clinic will be forfeited.

You have 30 days from the original clinic date to schedule and complete a make-up. Clients are responsible for contacting us to arrange make-ups — please do not attend a different clinic without prior confirmation from us.

If a clinic is canceled by Ochoa Football Academy, a credit will be issued toward a future clinic.
