Salon Policy
We understand that things can come up when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Please contact your stylist 48 hours before your appointment. If failed to notify, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. When we are not notified in time, its does not give the stylist enough time to fill that time slot causing your stylist to lose potential income. To guarantee the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow children in salon unless they are being provided a service. If unable to do so, your appointment will be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be placed. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
