Not only are you able to claim back the cost of Level 1 (see claim back amounts in the information pack provided) you also have access to:

- 24/7 employee assistance programme including legal, financial and consumer information.
Due to the fact that this is a cash benefit, this is considered to be a P11D benefit, therefore there are tax implications. Should you choose to opt into the scheme, the tax you pay each month will be:
- Basic rate tax 20% = £1.27 per month
- Higher rate tax 40% = £2.54 per month
Make sure you read the information pack and decide if you wish to opt in or not before you make a decision. Since the scheme is renewed annually, if you opt-out, you will not be able to join the scheme until March 2025. Those who choose to join the scheme will be subject to the same rules.
