Please fill out all information on this form.  A PDF of your contract will generate upon submission.  The terms and conditions are set by Zangersheide and this agreement is between you and Zangersheide.  Advanced Breeding Concepts Inc. D/B/A WellGrove Breeders will invoice you for the semen as an administrative courtesy to be passed through to Zangersheide. WellGrove Equine Veterinary Clinic, whom stores the semen for Zangersheide, will bill you for the costs assocated with the shipping and handling.

The frozen semen of the stallion {stallion} is made available under the following conditions:

• The semen is and will at all times be owned by Zangersheide. The semen may under no circumstances be sold to third parties or be used for ICSI.
• The frozen semen will be made available after this signed agreement is in the possession of Zangersheide and after Zangersheide has received the full invoiced amount.
• The mare owner is obligated to use the semen for a mare of his choosing in the year of purchase or the following year unless otherwise agreed with Zangersheide.
• One dose of semen must be fully used for one insemination and may not be split under any circumstances. Each dose of frozen semen contains at least 300 TNB (Total Number of Mobile Semen), a quality guarantee that guarantees the breeder that one dose contains enough mobile cells for one insemination.
• If the mare owner obtains more than one pregnancy with the used frozen semen (twins in the case of ET) the mare owner is obliged to report these pregnancies to WELLGROVE EQUINE who in turn must pass it on to Zangersheide. It is not permitted to freeze obtained embryos. Per additional gestation of at least 90 days, an amount equal to the Stud fee will be invoiced by Zangersheide to the client.
• After each insemination the mare owner needs to provide the following details to WELLGROVE EQUINE: name mare, UELN mare, insemination date, result of the insemination. All empty straws must be returned to WELLGROVE EQUINE immediately after use.
• In the event that the mare owner commits attempted fraud, the unconditional fine shall be 10.000 EUR per case, in addition to the stud fee also due. In this case the fine will be invoiced by Zangersheide to the client.
• The semen may be requested at all times by Zangersheide. In this case, WELLGROVE EQUINE and the mare holder are obliged to return the semen to WELLGROVE EQUINE within the requested time. The remaining value of this stock will be credited upon receipt.
• The mare owner gives permission to Zangersheide and WELLGROVE EQUINE to request gestation results from the veterinarian or clinic. Therefore, the veterinarian or clinic in question is hereby obligated to share this result with Zangersheide and WELLGROVE EQUINE.
