OSA Annual Scholarship Application Form
Qualifications for this Scholarship:

Applicants must have played at least one full season with Oceanway Sports Association in any of the eligible sports,: football, cheerleading, flag football, baseball or softball. Applicants must also be graduating in the current year at First Coast High School.

All applications are due by April 30th of the calendar year and must be completed online using this form.

Other important criteria:

Applicants must plan to attend an accredited College, University or Trade School in the State of Florida for the 2025-2026 academic year and have submitted a completed application to attend either part-time or full-time.

The applicant is required to provide evidence of outstanding leadership abilities exhibited in school, church or in the community.

The applicant is required to have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 (of a possible 4.0) at the end of the third quarter of the senior year for grades nine through twelve.

Although financial need is not a requirement for this scholarship, recipients will be required to complete the FAFSA prior to receiving the scholarship. Unless not required for trade school.
