  • Summer Junior Tennis Camp 2024 Policy Rules

    ● Active Pickleball and Tennis Center Make-Up Policy: Students that provide at least 48-hour advance notice for illnesses withdocumentation may be eligible for one make-up subject to availability to APTC.

    ● Email Flore@aptcnyc.com for any cancellations.

    ● Any withdrawal after registering for tennis camp will be charged a 10% administration fee.

    ● Parents are encouraged to drop off and pick up their campers to avoid crowding. Designated Drop-Off locations to be determined.

    ● This is an outdoor camp. If there is bad weather or it's rain we will have indoor courts available, Camp is still on!

    ● All campers must bring their own tennis racquet, water, and sunblock.

    ● If you need an early (8:15 a.m) or late pick-up we can arrange it for an additional fee of $10 for each service daily. Please notify usif you wish to have these accommodations.

    ● There will be no scheduled lunch time due to the camp only being 9 am - 1 pm, we will provide light snacks and water. Pleasesend your child with extra drinks and snacks.

    ● This facility is located on the Queens College campus, the best address to plug into your GPS is 150-35 Reeves Ave, Queens, NY11367. This address takes you to Gate #3, notify the security guard that you are there for the Tennis Center and they will let you in.

    ● There is a one time $50 non-refundable registration fee per family. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required per registeredweek that you sign up for. Payment in full is due the week before the registered first day of Summer Camp.

    These rules apply to every Camper (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • PLEASE NOTE: In consideration of his/her participation at Active Pickleball and Tennis Center (APTC), Participant hereby acknowledges and knowingly andvoluntarily assumes any and all risks of personal injury or property damages which might be associated with tennis, pickleball, sports conditioning andfitness-related activities. Participant certifies he/she is in good physical condition, sufficient to use the facilities and participate in the program. Participant, on behalfof him/herself, his/her heirs and anyone acting on Participant's behalf, releases, discharges and holds harmless the APTC, Taylin Corp, Hemco Inc, Queens CollegeAuxiliary Enterprises Corporation, and CUNY, City of New York and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives (collectively, Releases)from and against any and all claims arising, directly or indirectly, in connection with Participant's participation in the Summer Camp or any event related theretofrom any cause whatsoever, regardless of whether caused by the negligence of the Releases (the Released Claims). Participant, on behalf of him/herself, his/herheirs and any one acting on Participant's behalf, covenants and agrees not to bring or be a party to any legal action or claim against the Releases from any reasonbased on any of the Released Claims
